This is a description of the Justice Prints privacy policy. We understand that you are concerned with the use of your personal information and Justice Prints will always do so with care and reason. By visiting and using justiceprints.com, you accept the policies described below.
Collection of Personal Information:
Justice Prints collects personal information, such as your name, home address, e-mail address, and telephone number. All information collected by Justice Prints is for the sole purpose of billing and shipping your online purchases and communicating with you. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statements of sites linked from justiceprints.com so you can understand their use of user information. Justice Prints is not responsible for the privacy statements of sites outside of justiceprints.com.
Use of Personal Information:
Justice Prints, and its operational partners use your personal information to process and ship purchases from justiceprints.com. Justice Prints may also use this information to inform you of products and services available from Justice Prints and its affiliates. Justice Prints may contact you with surveys to conduct research on products and services. Justice Prints does not sell, rent, or lease its customer information to third parties. Operational partners that handle shipping, handling, customer support, payment processing, and analysis will only be provided the information necessary to deliver their services. All our partners are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using it for any purpose outside their contracted service. Justice Prints does not collect, use, or disclose sensitive information, such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or political affiliations. Justice Prints may release your personal information to comply with the law; enforce our Conditions of Use; or protect the rights and property of Justice Prints or the public.
Control of Personal Information:
Other than what has been covered in our Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use, you will be notified when your information may go to third parties and will always have the choice to not share this information. You may also stop the delivery of promotional e-mails from Justice Prints by clicking the “unsubscribe” link on any e-mail you receive from us.
Security of Personal Information:
Justice Prints works hard to protect your information. Your information is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software during transmission and is stored in computer systems located in secure, controlled facilities. It is also important that you protect your information by preventing unauthorized access to your account and computer. Make sure to protect your account password and sign off when using any shared computer.
Changes in Policy & Conditions:
Justice Prints reserves the right to modify, remove, and update these policies and conditions at any time. These alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred during previous versions of these conditions.
Terms of Purchase
Payment Policy:
Justice Prints must receive payment in full before orders are produced. Checks received by mail must clear before production.
Production Time:
Production times are estimates only and will vary from product to product. Please refer to individual product pages for more information.
Shipping:
We will provide you with the estimated delivery time; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed. All items purchased from the site are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract with our carrier. We will not issue a refund for the order if it did not arrive on the estimated delivery date given by our carrier.
Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Refunds, Change of Order, and Cancellations:
Due to the custom nature of production, the orders cannot be returned for a credit or refund unless there are printing errors by cause of our production department.
Please review, revise, and/or cancel a request before placing an order. By submitting the order online, you are acknowledging that you have completely reviewed the graphics, product features, and pricing, and are therefore finalizing the order as-is.
To change or cancel your order prior to production, reach out as soon as possible. If the order is not yet started in the production process, no additional charges or cancellation fees will be applied. If you have requested a proof for your custom order, please review it thoroughly before approving.
Once the order has been put in line for production, we cannot stop or change the order. You will be charged the full amount of the order canceled at this production point, and be sent a notice of cancellation.
Art Layout/Proof:
In regards to custom printing, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that all information on the layout is accurate in grammar, spelling, colors, logos, phone numbers, websites, addresses, etc. While we pride ourselves on accuracy, it is your responsibility to review the final proof for human error prior to approval and printing.
Justice Prints cannot guarantee colors that are displayed on screens will look exactly the same as the colors on the product(s) received. To the best of our abilities, we make the colors on the screen to be as true as possible to the printed colors; however, the differences in monitors, light, and pigment make it impossible to guarantee color matching. If you wish to match a certain PMS color(s), you may reach out to us about it. We will match it to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee the results.
Product/Materials:
If the material received by the customer is not what was expected, Justice Prints cannot be held responsible for the product(s) received made of a material thought to be something other than advertised on the website.
